As an intelligent and all-round safety protection device, the Hai Zhuo HIZ-SD-BZZ intelligent safety warning post initiates an intelligent protection system through a series of chains of "perception - identification - early warning - disposal".

The intelligent safety warning post is equipped with a quad-eye panoramic camera system, which eliminates blind spots in monitoring through 360° image stitching technology, allowing the surrounding environment of the pipeline to be "fully visible". It outputs 4 channels of high-definition real-time panoramic images during the day, with clear details; at night, it achieves full-color imaging without additional lighting thanks to the starlight-level low-light technology. Even in bad weather such as rain and fog, it can still stably capture effective images, providing clear and reliable visual evidence for risk identification and truly achieving 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring.

The device integrates the AI model into the front-end equipment, enabling risk identification to be completed locally without the support of a back-end GPU. It can accurately identify more than 10 types of external damage targets such as excavators, forklifts, and pile drivers, and the entire process from identification to reporting only takes 0.3 seconds, achieving "instant risk identification and immediate reporting", giving maintenance personnel the golden time for handling, and completely changing the passive situation of "post-event verification" in traditional security.

When a risk target approaches, the warning post immediately triggers the red and blue flashing lights on the top to warn and plays the early warning voice through a 90dB high-decibel speaker.
